Details of our fuction suites and pictures can be found below. We cater for weddings, funerals , business meetings and all types of functions

All of our function venues have their own dedicated bar and buffet serving area.

Deposits
All room hire charges must be paid at the time of booking. Provisional bookings are not taken, and depsoits are non refundable.
A damage deposit is also required at time of booking your function venue. These deposits will be returned 48 hours after your function and only when the function venue has been checked by management to ensure there has been no damage to the West Park Hotel and its property.

Entertainment
We don't have resident Djs or bands, however we can put you in contact with our quality entertainment supplier.

Buffet Requirements
The hotel buffet menus range from £3.50 to £12.45
Providing your own buffet can be arranged by contacting reception.

Park Suite

The park suite is our largest function venue. We can cater up to a maximum 150 covers for a party and 50 guests for dinning.
The hire charge for this venue is £150.00 but please do contact reception as there are special offers available.

Islay Suite

The Islay suite is our functioned venue located on the first floor. We can cater for a maximum of 60 cover this would be without a dancing area however if you require an area to dance the maximum numbers are 40 covers.

The hire charge for this function venue is £100.00 but special offers are available.

Pelican Suite

The pelican suite is located on the ground floor. We can cater for maximum of 50 cover. It can be used for private dinning or for informal family gatherings. There is no provision of any dancing area within this function venue. The cost to hire the pelican suite is £50.00

Niche Bar & Beer Garden

Niche bar, situated on the ground floor is open 7 days a week serving food and drink from around the world. All live sports games covered via sky television. Sit back, relax and enjoy this quality community public bar

If the weather is too good to be indoors or if you need some fresh air, then you can take advantage of our beer garden
